Strengthening Education Sector Capacity to Facilitate Access to Quality Education Service Delivery in Afghanistan is funded by the Global Partnership for Education through its System Capacity Grant. UNESCO leads the overall program design, implementation, M&E and reporting as the Grant Agent. USAID and FCDO are the Coordinating Agencies. Key outputs of the project include an updated Afghanistan Education Sector Transitional Framework for 2024-2025, improved coordination mechanism between humanitarian and development partners for information sharing, joint programming and emergency responses, M&E and reporting, improved operational capacity of national sub-national partners.
